Delete your Lunara AI account.

Your data is yours. Delete it any time — permanently and completely.

This action is permanent

  • All your sleep history, insights, and reports will be erased.
  • Your AI Coach conversations will be deleted.
  • Your subscription (if any) will be cancelled after the current billing cycle.
  • Deletion completes within 30 days per GDPR / CCPA requirements.
  • This cannot be undone.

Two ways to delete your account

1. Inside the Lunara AI app (fastest)

Open Lunara AI → Profile tab → Data & Privacy → Delete Account. Confirm with your password or Face ID. Your account is queued for immediate deletion.

2. Request via this form

Fill in the form below with the email registered to your Lunara AI account. We’ll verify ownership and process the deletion within 30 days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once complete.

Before you delete…

You may want to export your data first. In the app: Profile → Data & Privacy → Export Data. You’ll get a JSON archive of your history.

Cancel subscription first

If you have an active Premium subscription, please cancel it in the App Store or Google Play before deletion so future billing stops immediately.
