How does Lunara's rental process work?
Lunara offers a seamless clothing rental experience:
- Browse and Select: Explore our curated collection and choose your desired items.
- Choose Rental Period: Select a rental duration
- Receive and Enjoy: Your items will be delivered to your specified address, cleaned, and ready to wear.
Return: At the end of your rental period, place the items in the provided packaging with the prepaid return label and drop them off at your nearest post office location.
What are the shipping options and costs?
- Shipping Cost: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80. For orders under $80, standard shipping is $10.
- Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: If you need something in a pinch, we can offer 1-2 day delivery for $35.
How do I return my rental items?
Use the prepaid return label included with your order. Place the items in the original packaging, affix the label, and drop them off at your nearest post office location.
What happens if I experience shipping delays?
If your order arrives after your event due to carrier or shipping delays, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to make it right.
What if I damage or lose an item?
We understand that minor wear and tear can happen. However, significant damage or loss may result in additional charges up to 1.2x the full retail price of the item. Please refer to our Terms of Service for detailed information.
Can I extend my rental period?
If you'd like to keep your rental for longer than your initial duration, please contact us before your original return date. Please note that extensions will be evaluated based on availability.
Can I purchase an item I rented?
If you fall in love with a rented item and wish to purchase it, please contact us. We'll provide information on availability and pricing.
Can I exchange a rental for a different size?
Unfortunately we cannot exchange rentals at this time. For sizing questions and further assistance, please contact us.
How do I know if an item will fit me?
Use the size guide as a guideline for choosing styles. Sizing and fit may vary by designer.

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order for refund up to 14 days before your rental start date. Cancellations made within 14 days of your rental will be not be eligible for a refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our services internationally in the future.
